WOD

Giving the legs a rest today.
Five rounds of 10 pull-ups, 10 75% body weight chest press.

  4. I did pullups instead of kettle bells :)

    oops. :) I need a coach to keep me on course!

    I would have done it in 20 minutes if I had done Kettle Bells!
