WOD

Ninja Sprints on stationary bike. Eight seconds printing, 16 second recovery. 20 minutes.

Buy the MyWOD app (for iPhone) and use the tabata timer.

  2. I like the twist of the bike; creative. Plus, you all know how much I love to run...it's going to be a nice break.

    Any thought on recumbent vs. regular stationary bikes? It's been years since I've pedaled indoors.

  4. Did I mention that I mountain biked and cleared trail for 70 minutes today as well. The hardest part was trying to keep from falling off of my bike with the cleats :)

  5. 49 Ninja Sprints on a Spinning bike. I was drenched! Loved 'em. Way better than sprinting on a track. That was something I can see doing two or three times a week.

    Recumbent bikes are for old ladies. Find a Spinner!
