The place for like-minded calesthenic, bodyweight, and light dumbell excercise fanatics that obsess about fitness and diet. My goal is for this to be a place that my friends will join me, challenge me, and have fun with me on a daily basis. Visit often for 20-30 minute intense workouts. Feel free to challenge everyone to your favorite workout. The tougher the better. Vomiting is optional.

How much weight on the kettle bell? That's between your legs and then up high right?
ReplyDeleteI'm using 45. Yep, between the legs and directly above the head for finish. Remember to drive the hips.
