WOD for Thursday

The Ingrid:

10 rounds of

10 28" box jumps (picnic table)
10 air squats
10 Kettlebell swings
10 pushups

  1. I was going to skip today's lunch workout. I ran the trail with Jason this AM. I'm playing tennis tonight with Sokulski. But, that's just my style :) Alex and I will do it.

    Should we all do it for time? and post the times?

  2. How much weight on the kettle bell? That's between your legs and then up high right?

  3. I'm using 45. Yep, between the legs and directly above the head for finish. Remember to drive the hips.
