This weekend... 

Everyone run for 40 minutes.   Preferably a trail run.  Golf 9 holes.   Get in a bike ride sometime over the weekend.

  1. I'm going for 20 minutes of LifeSprints (tm) on an indoor stationary bike. That's eight seconds of sprints followed by 16 seconds of recovery. Rinse and repeat.

    It's supposed to be a 12 second recovery, but I like 16 better. Let's call the variation NinjaSprints (tm).

  2. Ran the trail around Harper 'Lake' today. I have never golfed, so perhaps paddleboard or yoga tomorrow. Could use some weight work as well... Does a cruiser bike ride downtown for drinks count? :)

  5. Did two high-rise pack hose evolutions and a structure fire. Destroyed my engine's brakes. Damn good workout.

  8. Did an old fashioned pyramiding Schwarzeneggar mega hour weightlifting session at the gym on Sunday. Dead lifts, squats, shoulder presses, weighted lunges, bench press, curls, close grip bench press. Blasted it! Shoot, forgot to hit the lats. Good stuff, nice change from crossfit style.

  9. Lifting was a nice change. I was worked to failure and felt extra strong as a result.

    My glutes are fantastic. Sweetly sore!
