Post Mortem 8.10.12

We killed four sets of:
800 meter run (with sprint of last 100 ala Mr. Stamper)
10 pull ups
70 push ups

  3. No, I didn't do it again. I just wanted to post what we had done on the 10th since it was so hard. Course you said the rope climb day with 250 squats was worse for you, right?

  4. absolutely. my legs hurt for 3-4 days after 250 squats. I handled the pushups much better. I was tired after the pushups, but I recovered more quickly.

    Today's workout. 3 hours hike + trail blazing while carrying a 3 year old.
