The place for like-minded calesthenic, bodyweight, and light dumbell excercise fanatics that obsess about fitness and diet. My goal is for this to be a place that my friends will join me, challenge me, and have fun with me on a daily basis. Visit often for 20-30 minute intense workouts. Feel free to challenge everyone to your favorite workout. The tougher the better. Vomiting is optional.
I only managed Ninja Sprints Wednesday- a nice break from running considering I was in an air conditioned gym! I'll try for this WOD sometime later this week; it looks like a good one.
