Wednesday WOD

NinjaSprints are done, thinking about what for WOD.

Three rounds of
15 walking lunges, holding PVC pipe overhead.
10 chest to bar pull ups
100 m sprint
10 kettlebell swings

  1. I only managed Ninja Sprints Wednesday- a nice break from running considering I was in an air conditioned gym! I'll try for this WOD sometime later this week; it looks like a good one.
