Member Mike posted that he would like to do 3 1/2 mile splits on the treadmill at max pace with a 2 minute rest between. That just doesn't seem like enough. So today's workout is 3 1/2 mile splits interspersed with 20 hindu squats and 30 second handstands.

Done... 3:34 first split, 3:25 second split, 3:15 last split.

Really guys?? Is this some kind of sick joke? I can run 3 1/2 miles at a moderate pace and I am done for the day. I guess I need to step it up. Did a pilates type workout today!!! Woo Hoo!! Am I still allowed to be a member?
ReplyDeleteUm... if you run your splits in sub 3:30... it's pretty tough. Add the squats and handstands and I'm a tired old man.

Tomorrow will be a "get on a boat and rest day" :)
So you can do the 100 burpee pullups tomorrow.

Lisa, it's not 3.5 miles, it's 1/2 mile three times! It was still tough. I did 7 mph, 7.5/8 mph, and 8/8.5 mph.

I've seen Mark around work. I think he has worked out once since he signed up for the weight loss challenge. That was 2 weeks ago. Haven't seen him since. Slacker!!!!
